From Gigia:
“Pastures of Plenty cooking classes allow me to play with seasonal ingredients to recreate traditional classics. Classes are hands-on, so plan on dressing to cook. We will prepare three to four dishes together using seasonal, farm fresh ingredients and then enjoy a communal lunch. Past classes have included pasta, tarts, quick pickles, tacos, and soups. We have enjoyed the cuisines of Italy, France, Mexico, Greece, Japan, and Turkey.”
