Yoga at the Farm
Here at the farm we are about celebrating the bounty while it’s here, grounding in the earth, and feeling good about celebrating you (Yes, You!). It was out of this inspiration, that our yoga classes were born.
We invite you to come out and follow along as the talented Jen Markus will lead a 90-minute Vinyasa flow made for all-levels beneath the shady trees near our creek. Following the session, we’re offering a Harvest of the Week!
When: August 8 from 9 – 10:30 AM
Practice Length: 90-minutes (arrive between 8:30-8:45 for light refreshments)
